# Evaluation Progress

> Read the dashboard, track pass requirements, complete a 1-Step evaluation, and understand when an account passes.

## Select the correct account

Use the account switcher on the
[dashboard](https://myfundedperpetuals.com/dashboard) or
[trading workspace](https://myfundedperpetuals.com/trade). Confirm the account
number, evaluation stage, and active status before placing an
order.

Each evaluation account keeps its own balance, positions, orders, progress,
and rule history.

## Read the Pass Progress Card

The dashboard's Pass Progress card combines the requirements for the selected
account. Every evaluation has one profit target, a 3% daily loss limit, and a
static maximum drawdown. There is no minimum trading-day count or deadline
for reaching the profit target, but every evaluation must record an executed
trade at least once every 30 consecutive calendar days (the 30-Day
Inactivity Rule). See
[Inactivity rules](/guides/challenge-lifecycle/breaches-and-next-steps#inactivity-rules).

The dashboard marks each requirement as clear, partial, pending, warning, or
failed. Open profit can affect live equity and rule headroom. The card will
also tell you when profit still needs to settle before a passing condition is
complete.

<Warning>
Reaching the profit target does not cancel the loss limits or other pass
requirements. Keep every requirement clear until the account is recorded as
  passed.
</Warning>

## Monitor rule headroom

Use the rule card and equity chart to watch the effective daily-loss and
drawdown floors. The daily loss floor is start-of-day equity, including open
profit or loss, minus 3% of starting balance. The day resets at midnight in
America/New\_York, including daylight saving changes. The static maximum
drawdown is also a percentage of starting balance.

The rule card also shows the inactivity countdown: the time left until the
30-Day Inactivity Rule fails the account and the deadline it will fail at.
Any executed trade restarts the countdown.

The server evaluates the rules. Refresh a stale browser tab before relying on
the account status it shows.

## When the evaluation passes

The completed account changes to **Passed** and stops accepting new trades.
The dashboard shows the result, any available pass certificate, and the next
action.

If the account changes to **Failed**, read
