# Troubleshooting and FAQ

> Find commission rates, daily reset times, and payout options, and diagnose common trading, account, and billing problems.

Start with the message shown in the app. MyFundedPerps attaches a specific
reason or support reference when an operation cannot be completed.

## What are the trading commissions?

Commissions are execution fees on each fill, including entry and exit. The rate
is 0.03% for crypto, 0.0025% for forex, and 0.005% for stocks, commodities, and
indices. Maker and taker rates are the same. Read
[Commissions and Fees](/guides/commissions-and-fees) for examples and the
separate hourly swap fees.

## What time does the daily loss limit reset?

At **12:00 a.m. (midnight) New York time**, with daylight saving time applied.
Read [Daily Loss Reset Time](/guides/challenges-and-rules#daily-loss-reset-time)
for UTC equivalents and what the reset changes.

## What time do payout requests reset?

Each funded account's daily request allowance resets at **12:00 a.m.
(midnight) New York time**. A pending request must finish before another can
be submitted. Read [Daily Payout Window](/guides/challenge-lifecycle/payouts#daily-payout-window)
for the full rules.

## Can I redeem a payout for store credit?

Yes. You can convert all or part of a funded payout to store credit with a
**10% boost**. Converting $100 grants $110 in store credit when the payout is
paid. That credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. Read
[Split Cash and Store Credit](/guides/challenge-lifecycle/payouts#split-cash-and-store-credit).

## A tool or footer is unavailable

If the market picker, calculator, chart panel, layout switcher, footer, or
bottom toolbar cannot load, the rest of the page stays available. Select
**Refresh** beside the unavailable item to reload the page and try again.
You can also close a failed market picker to continue viewing the current
market. The footer's legal, support, and cookie-preference links remain
available in its fallback view.

After an app update, the page may refresh automatically once to load the new
files. Repeated loading failures show a manual refresh option instead of
immediately refreshing again. If the whole page shows **Something Went Wrong**,
include its error reference when contacting support.

## An order was rejected

1. Confirm the active account, market, direction, size, leverage, and order
   type.
2. Read the rejection shown in order history or the notification.
3. Check available collateral, open positions, challenge-rule headroom, and
   current market availability.
4. Check whether the account is locked by copy trading, a pending payout, or a
   terminal account state.
5. If the rejection mentions execution protection, review your Max Market
   Slippage or leverage-cap settings.

Do not repeatedly submit the same unchanged instruction. A rejected order does
not mean the platform will accept it on the next click.

## A follower did not copy a trade

Confirm that the group is enabled and cleanup is not pending. Then verify that
the follower is active, belongs to the same user, has an allowed stage pairing,
and has enough independent rule and collateral headroom. A follower can reject
an order while the lead continues normally.

Read [Copy Trading Guide](/guides/copy-trading-guide) for the full model.

## I cannot trade a follower manually

This is expected while the account belongs to an enabled copy-trading group or
while stop cleanup is still closing positions and canceling orders. Disable the
group, wait for cleanup to complete, then retry.

## A setting is unavailable or does not save

Confirm that you are signed in and online. Account-synced settings cannot be
persisted for a signed-out visitor. Refresh after connectivity returns; if the
app shows a support reference, include it when asking for help.

## A page fails to load

On **Something Went Wrong**, select **Try Again** to reload the current page.
The reload keeps its address, including any filters in the URL, and retries
loading the page's data and files. If it still fails, include the displayed
error reference when contacting support.

The app automatically tries to reconnect and reload the same page once per
browser tab when a protected page loses its session. If your session has
expired, the app returns home so you can sign in again. If you still see
**Session Unavailable**, select **Try Again** to reconnect manually or
**Back to Home**. Automatic recovery requires browser session storage; the
manual options remain available when storage is blocked. This message is
separate from a permissions rejection.

## Sounds or notifications are missing

Check both the event toggle and the selected sound under
[Notifications settings](/settings/notifications). Confirm the master volume,
browser tab audio permission, and device volume. Custom uploads must be audio
files within the size accepted by the uploader.

## App installation is unavailable

Install support depends on the browser and device. On iPhone or iPad, use the
in-app instructions to add MyFundedPerps to the Home Screen. Other browsers
may show a native install prompt or an install action in their own menu.

## A purchase or invoice is missing

Open [Purchase History](https://myfundedperpetuals.com/settings?section=purchases),
clear search and status filters, and load older rows if needed. Invoices appear
only on purchases for which the invoice action is available. Pending, failed,
and refunded orders remain visible with their current status.

## Still need help?

Open [Support](https://myfundedperpetuals.com/contact). **Before You Contact Us**
shows the published FAQ first. Search the questions and answers, filter by topic,
and expand answers in place. You can also browse the full
[FAQ](https://myfundedperpetuals.com/faq).

If you still need help, use **Message Support** below the FAQ to contact our
team. Select **View Conversations** to return to your Intercom conversations.
Sign in to associate conversations with your account. The contact options
remain available even when the FAQ cannot load or has no matching answer.

Include your account ID, order or purchase reference, approximate time, and
any error message. Never share passwords or authentication codes.

Tickets created before the move to Intercom remain under **Previous Tickets**
when you are signed in. You can still read and reply to those requests there;
they are separate from your Intercom conversations. Start new requests with
**Message Support**.

If chat cannot open, email

Phone support remains available at [+1 (302) 219-3280](tel:+13022193280)
as a secondary contact option.
