Background Effects

Background Effects controls the backdrops on supported sign-in, competition, and affiliate pages. Choose one of three options:
  • Animated draws the full backdrop and lets it move. This is the default.
  • Static draws the same backdrop and holds it on a single frame. The page keeps its look, and the continuous graphics work that drains battery stops.
  • Off replaces the backdrop with a plain gradient and skips the graphics work entirely. Choose this on devices where Static is still too heavy.
The visual change applies immediately and the signed-in account preference carries to other devices. If your device or browser asks for reduced motion, backdrops are held on a single frame regardless of this setting. If the Redeem Code backdrop cannot start or loses graphics support, the page shows a static background and keeps the code form available. Reward cases also use a static image when their 3D rendering is unavailable.

3D Scenes

3D Scenes controls the animated 3D on the homepage and on reward cases, including the case-opening animation. It is on by default and works separately from Background Effects, so you can keep one and turn off the other. Turn it off to show still images in place of the 3D and save battery on devices where the animation feels heavy. Reward cases still open and show your prize. The change applies immediately, and the signed-in account preference carries to other devices. If your device or browser cannot run the 3D, the same still images appear automatically, whatever this setting says.

Dialog Background Blur

Dialog Background Blur controls whether the page behind dialogs and side panels is blurred while they are open. It is on by default. Turn it off to keep the page behind a dialog sharp, for example to keep reading a chart while a confirmation is open. The change applies the next time a dialog opens, and the signed-in account preference carries to other devices.

App Installation

The App Installation card adapts to the current device and browser:
  • a supported browser can show Install App and its native install prompt;
  • iPhone and iPad use View Instructions for Add to Home Screen;
  • an installed app shows Installed;
  • an unsupported browser points you to its own menu when installation may still be available there.
Installing opens MyFundedPerps as a web app. It does not create a separate MyFundedPerps account or copy account data onto the device. Automatic install reminders are device-specific. If reminders were turned off, use Turn On in this card to re-enable them on the current device.
