Open Notification settings The Notifications tab controls trade emails, trading audio, and, for affiliates, purchase emails. Visual fill and order-change notifications are configured under Trading settings.

Trade Emails

Trade Email Notifications is off by default. Turn it on to receive an email each time one of your orders fills, a take-profit order executes, or a stop-loss order executes, on any of your trading accounts. The setting is saved to your profile, so it applies on every device you sign in on. Each email names the event, the trading account, the market, the side, the executed quantity, the execution price, and the execution time in UTC, with a link to the market’s order history. A take-profit or stop-loss execution sends only its own email, not an additional order-filled email. Emails follow the actual fill: a price that touches your take-profit or stop-loss level without the order executing does not send one. Emails usually arrive within a minute or two of the fill. Turn the setting off to stop all three emails. Executions that happen while it is off never send an email, including after you turn it back on. Liquidations and account emails, such as rule breaches and payout updates, are not affected by this setting. API sandbox accounts send trade emails only when Sandbox Account Emails is also turned on (see API Keys settings). The Manage notification settings link in each email opens this card.

Affiliate Emails

This card appears only when you are an affiliate. Affiliate Purchase Email Notifications is on by default: each time a purchase made with one of your codes is credited to you, you receive an email with the commission amount. Turn it off to stop these emails, and turn it back on to receive them for later purchases. Emails are not sent for purchases credited while the setting is off. Historical purchases do not generate emails when their commission is corrected or approved. The Manage notification settings link in each email opens this card. See Affiliate Program for when commission is credited.

Trade Sounds

For each supported event, choose a built-in or custom sound and turn that event on or off. Use the preview control to hear the current selection before relying on it during trading. The master Trade Sound Volume applies across enabled event sounds. Browser tab audio permissions and device volume still affect what you hear.
Sound is a convenience, not an execution guarantee. Confirm fills, rejected orders, and position state in the trading interface even when no sound plays.

Sound Library

Upload an accepted audio file to add a custom sound. Give it a recognizable name, then select it for any event under Trade Sounds. The library lets you:
  • preview a custom sound;
  • rename it without changing its audio;
  • delete it when it is no longer needed.
An upload must be an audio file and fit within the size limit shown by the app. If a custom sound is deleted, review any event that previously used it and choose another sound.
