Open Archived Accounts Archive accounts you no longer need to see so your account lists only show the accounts you are using. Archiving does not delete anything, and you can unarchive an account at any time.

What archiving changes

An archived account is hidden from:
  • The account switcher and the trade page’s account list.
  • Your dashboard, Performance, and Journal account selection.
  • The copy trading and API key account pickers.
  • Your public profile and its account picker. Archiving removes the account from your public profile.
An archived account keeps its trade history, and it still appears in Purchase History, Payouts, and Certificates.

Which accounts you can archive

You can archive an account that has ended: passed, failed, or closed. Active accounts cannot be archived. A passed evaluation stays in your lists until identity verification and the funded account agreement are complete, so you do not lose the steps that issue your funded account.

Archive accounts

  1. Open Settings, then Archived Accounts.
  2. Under Ended Accounts, select Archive on an account, or select Archive All to archive every ended account at once.

Unarchive an account

  1. Open Settings, then Archived Accounts.
  2. Under Archived, select Unarchive on the account.
The account returns to your account lists. If it was on your public profile before you archived it, add it again from Public Profile.
